Its primary purpose is stealing water from Laurel, MT, because they don&#8217;t deserve the water as much as people in Billings do. The reservoir that is Lake Elmo is 64 acres, because if it had been just three acres more children wouldn&#8217;t stop moving their hands up and down like scales while repeating how many acres it
